They should inform you that they will be paying by redeeming MPK Points. Once a User redeems a selected amount of MPK Points, a notification screen will appear on the User’s App confirming the MPK Point redemption.

As a final step, ask Park Rewards App. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the MPK Points redemption and your updated balance.
